How It Works

Download the STUK app from the play store, select your breakdown location on the map, Select the service required, add your vehicle details and Request Assistance. Upon receiving your details, STUK network of tow truck providers are notified immediately. Once the service provider accepts your request, a driver closest to your location will be assigned to it. Meanwhile, you will receive either a call or text from the assigned towing and roadside service provider to keep you informed about the status of your request. You will be informed when the help will arrive along with the estimated cost of the pay-on-demand towing. Brilliant use of technology makes all this happen simultaneously ensuring efficient time saving solution to the breakdown situation.
You can track on the map as STUK Partner approach the breakdown location, and have peace of mind knowing that help is on the way. You can also use the Notify Friends feature, letting your friends and family know about the situation.
STUK team has researched about different breakdown situation and the same is integrated in the App. STUK app is user friendly with a compact list of services to select from, helping you save time and get assistance faster.

With NO MEMBERSHIP FEES or NO ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEES, STUK gives you the facility to pay as you go service pricing. NO hidden charges and you will always know the cost for service you request. A fixed flat rate is charged for each service and in case of towing, you are charged for the extra Kms/miles only.
Feedback is a Two-Way Street
Feedback is important to ensure a high-quality experience when you use STUK at the time of breakdown. At STUK customers as well as the drives rate their experience at the end of every service. STUK regularly analyses the feedback and works on modifying the solution methods for each breakdown situation. Through feedback, we ensure that the best drivers providing great service remain the part of our platform.
TOWING
If your vehicle breaks down, we provide the towing service to get your vehicle to an auto repair shop or dealership safely. We have the equipments required to tow domestic, exotic and international brands. In case of accident towing, STUK partner will tow the car to a yard and work along with you or your insurance company directly for payments. Also, if your insurance company covers the cost, you are not charged for the towing service.
FUEL DELIVERY
There’s nothing worse than running out of fuel, especially when you have to pull over on a busy highway or at night when it’s dark. Walking in the dark looking for fuel station can be more dangerous that it sounds. STUK app has the option to get fuel for your car safely and then you can also get to a fuel station to fuel up. Once you confirm the request, a driver will call you immediately to check whether you need Petrol or Diesel, and bring the Fuel (worth $15) for you at the Breakdown location or tow your car to the nearest fuel station.
LOCK OUT
If you have locked yourself out while the car keys are inside the car, the driver will try his best with tools to open the car door and get hold of the car keys. The drivers have experience in solving such situations and know the most reliable solution. You can use their expertise to get your car keys and be back on the road in no time. Also, in case you have lost your car keys, your car will be towed to the closest car locksmith so you can get a new car key made.

JUMP START
The car battery may fail due to many reasons like bad weather, headlights accidentally left on or car is not used enough – then the Jump Start option in STUK can be used. You can get help quickly by sending us a request to Jump Start your dead car battery.

TIRE CHANGE
A solution for situation, when you have a flat tire and you do not have the right tools or strength to take the damaged tire off to replace it with the spare tire. This service will get you help to get the damaged tire replaced and not remain stranded at the side of the road. Send us a request using STUK app, we will get you fast help and bring you back on the road safely.
ELECTRIC CHARGE
Our towing and roadside assistance app includes a user-friendly electric charging feature. A simple tap on 'Charge' helps you easily find nearby charging stations for your electric vehicle. Get real-time updates on station availability for a hassle-free charging experience, eliminating the need to hunt for charging points or wait in long queues while driving.
